جميع الأطفال والمراهقين يمرون بحالات من القلق، وهو أمر طبيعي في أوقات معينة خلال مراحل نمو الإنسان، لكنه ولأسباب معينة يمكن أن يتحول لاضطراب يتطلب تدخل نفسي، ويعتبر القلق توقعا وخوفا من أي خطر أو مشاكل في المستقبل، مع شعور بالانزعاج أو أعراض جسدية أخرى.  ويأخذ عدة أشكال مثل:- قلق الانفصال  وهو القلق الشديد بسبب الانفصال عن الأسرة، أو أقرب الناس للمراهق أو الطفل وتتمثل اعراضه في الرفض للذهاب للمدرسة او الوحدة مع معاناة جسدية كالصداع، والمغص، والغثيان، أو القيء.- القلق العام أو الهم الشديد بخصوص أحداث أو أنشطة في حياة المراهق أو الطفل كالمدرسة مثلا، يعاني الطفل أو المراهق من الحركة الزائدة، وعدم الخلود للراحة والإرهاق وصعوبة في التركيز والنوم وسرعة الغضب وشد في العضلات.كمايأخذ شكل الهلع أو المخاوف المحدده.ومن منطلق حِفاظنا على صحة أبناءنا النفسية فقد صُمم هذا البرنامج العلاجي لإحتواء كل اشكال القلق الذي قد يعاني منه بعض أبناءنا، معالجك سيكون معك على مدار خمس جلسات اسبوعية، يأخذك خطوة بخطوة بِدأً من رسم الخطة العلاجية وحتى الوصول بابنك  لتوازن واستقرار وتكيف صحي.

All children and adolescents go through states of anxiety, which is normal at certain times during the stages of human development, but for certain reasons it can turn into a disorder that requires psychological intervention. Anxiety is considered an expectation and fear of any danger or problems in the future, along with a feeling of discomfort or other physical symptoms. It takes several forms, such as: - Separation anxiety - which is severe anxiety due to separation from the family, or the people closest to the teenager or child, and its symptoms are refusal to go to school or loneliness with physical suffering such as headaches, cramps, nausea, or vomiting. - General anxiety or extreme worry about events. Or activities in the life of an adolescent or child, such as school, for example. The child or adolescent suffers from excessive movement, lack of rest, fatigue, difficulty concentrating and sleeping, irritability, and muscle tension. It also takes the form of panic or specific fears. In order to preserve our children’s psychological health, this program was designed. Therapeutic treatment to contain all forms of anxiety that some of our children may suffer from. Your therapist will be with you over the course of five weekly sessions, taking you step by step, starting from drawing up the treatment plan until reaching your child’s balance, stability, and healthy adaptation.
